Manual Lymphatic Drainage
The foundation of lymphatic therapy. Using slow, rhythmic, feather-light strokes, this treatment gently stimulates the lymphatic vessels just beneath the skin — encouraging the movement of excess fluid, waste, and immune cells through the body's natural drainage pathways.
Unlike deep tissue massage, manual lymphatic drainage works with the body's most superficial layer. The pressure is intentionally light because that is where the lymphatic capillaries live. This is precise, purposeful work — not relaxation massage.
